ptptn? why so late?

salam.. i am just not understand why our loan from ptptn came so late. it is not the first time to happen. we can say it happen for each semester. it is very difficult for us as a student. life need money. we have to buy books and other stuffs. and it doesn't come cheap.we need our loan ASAP!!! i am still not understand why this kind of thing is still happening. it is like there is no improve in ptptn and what so ever.
